Post Your Event Instructions
HappeningHere.org is managed by the Greater New Britain Arts Alliance for our members and member organizations in our five town service area. Events and programs associated with for profit organizations or individuals, are not, in general, posted. Nonprofit organizations are welcome to submit their events and programs to this community calendar. These events and programs will be reviewed and, normally, posted within a week. In order for an event to be submitted the information listed below is required. Other information is optional. Please note, we will not accept a submission without an associated image.
- A brief title for the program or event
- The day and time of the event. Please contact us for reoccurring events
- Venue name: the name and the location for the event or program and the physical address
- A brief description of the program or event including any special information
- Organizer name: The name of the contact person for the event with a telephone number and email address
- Price of attendance. Please indicate if the event is free
- Finally, a square image to represent your event, preferably 1600 x 1600 pixels
Be sure to click “Submit Event” at the bottom of the Post Your Event page. You should hear back via email in about a week.
